I’ve been trying to do a lot of reading with all this time at home. It’s easy to just sit and watch re-runs of Desperate Housewives (I’m doing that, too),

The Best Hibiscus Blood Orange Mimosa! (Plus a Hibiscus Simple Syrup Recipe)

About Me

Hi, I'm Gwyne! I'm an Indianapolis-based artist and soon-to-be therapist/MSW. I advocate creative development and creative living as foundational to wellness and mental health. I started The Wild Well because I was tired of wellness blogs. In an industry all about telling people what they lack, I hope to remind people they can activate what they already have (no celery juice required.)

My Wild Well is creative, adventurous, fabulous, messy, inclusive, sexually liberated, emotionally complicated, skeptical of trendy psuedoscience, and yes, hungry. No blog can tell you how to live - we’re all just figuring it out as we go. But thanks for being here to figure it out with me!
